Gators

Dang, looks mean doesn't he... John Deere baby, that's right, spare no expense here at Lurecrest. These are our Gators, they get us around our property and are our primary means of transportation. We have two of them.

This would be the papa Gator... distinguishable by the 4 wheels in back. It would be a 6x4 wheel drive Gator, meaning that you can engage all 4 wheels in the back for power. He has a heck of a lot more speed and strength than his smaller counterpart. (It looks like Matt was a little angry at Drew in the background there too, ouch).

This little guy is the baby Gator, distinguishable by a smaller bed and only one set of wheels in the back. He isn't as powerful as the papa Gator, but can go anywhere nonetheless.

These two beasts see a lot of use and are used for hauling just about anything you can think of in them. During the off-season here they are full time maintenance vehicles but during camp sessions and retreat season they are used significantly in our Outdoor Adventure program. They are fun to drive and make life easier for us, praise God for our Gators.
