Sometimes here at Camp Lurecrest accidents happen which lead us to fix things that weren't inherently broken until we tried to fix something else. Today was one of those days for us, as Drew hit a small sewage line from the Barn while he was clearing some trenches so that we could patch some of the roads with asphalt. Whenever you see a piece of pipe with a hole in it, you know something bad has happened.
The good news is that now Drew Jones knows how to repair a sewer line, because Jeremy and Nate guided him through it so that they didn't have to get in the poopy hole. Yeah, bailing out sewage is a little gross, so hopefully this won't happen again. After Drew had bailed all the nastiness out someone unfortunately flushed a toilet and sent us a bunch of fresh poopy which Drew had to then remove again. Fun day huh?
