Maintenance Pizzas

Thursday was the final day of the maintenance team's opportunity to cook lunches here at Lurecrest... or at least for a little while. It seems that while the SBS staff and students enjoyed our delicacies they are eager to have their real chef back. We here at the maintenance team decided to go out with a bang so we made pizzas. Not the sissy little pizzas that we usually have with vegetables and chicken and whatnot.

No good cook would make pizza without a good pepperoni pizza to start. We began by covering the entire surface of an ordinary cheese pizza with pepperonis, the we heaped a mountain of shredded mozzarella over that to make the "Ultimate Pepperoni hidden under your mozarella umbrella Pizza".

Our second pizza of the day was a cheese pizza... a layer of mozzarella followed by a layer of cheddar followed by a layer of parmesan, which was then covered by another engulfing layer of mozarella,... which we then dusted with what the people at McCormick like to call 'Italian' seasoning. This we named the "Ultimate layer upon layer of wholesome refined milk goodness 3-Cheese Pizza."

The final pizza had to be something special... something that our cook would never even attempt... and we'd had an idea for a pizza that we've been yearning for since the beginning of the year. We cooked up some bacon and hamburger and brought out a pile of cheddar cheese to make the "Ultimate Greezy Bacon-Cheeseburger clog your arteries and drop you dead where you stand Pizza."

We also made a few personal veggie pizzas for those who try to eat more healthy... but we burnt them to a crisp and through them away... Mwuahahahahah!!!!!
